Do you offer shipping worldwide? 

Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of a few areas due to delivery limitations. If you’d like to confirm if we can ship to your address, please email us at info@flightag.com or send us a message on our social media pages.

Shipping Methods, costs and delivery times

- Free Shipping (with tracking - $0.00 USD)
- Orders are sent out on Mondays to Fridays business hours, excluding holidays
- Orders typically ship 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) after being placed


Delivery time for Free Shipping:

USA and Canada: 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday)
Australia, NZ & Oceania: 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday)
Europe & UK: 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday)
Latin America: 9-26 business days (Monday - Friday)
Other countries: 8-30 business days (Monday - Friday)


Orders Processing:

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 1PM EST are processed the next business day.


Pre-Orders Processing:

All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder item has an estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment. This happens because of the product being in high demand, high holiday volume or the product being released at a later date, but is available for preorder.

If for any reason your preorder does take longer than 30 business days and your order has not been shipped out, you will be eligible for a Refund on the item/s that do have delays.

In extreme cases, we may not guarantee 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) due to high demand of some items, and it may sometimes take longer. Flightag will always keep you updated on the status of your order either through email or our Social Media channels.

 

Package Insurance:
- $4.99 USD for order value between $0.00-$75.00
- $12.99 USD for order value $76.00 and up


Expedited Shipping (Insured + Tracking):
- $9.99 USD for order value between $0.00-$60.00
- $12.99 USD for order value $61.00 and up


Where can I find my Tracking Number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number with instructions to track your order, please follow the steps outlined in the email.

Are there customs charges?

International orders may incur additional tax or customs charges when they arrive at your location. This is something our customers don't normally encounter, however in the event that it happens, it is your responsibility to pay any additional tax or customs charges. We advise that you check with your local authorities to see if any import charges may apply before you place an order.


Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Flightag is not liable if an incorrect address is used during the checkout process. Please double check that your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility and send you a replacement at no additional charge.

 

I think my package might be stolen/lost in transit, what do I do?

If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel, please be sure to check around your property, lobby, or mailroom and reach out to neighbors in case someone has accepted the package on your behalf or it was misdelivered. 

We advise waiting 1-2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If your package has still not been located or redelivered after 2 business days, please notify your local post office directly to file a claim. You can file a claim at your local courier by providing your tracking information. After you file a claim, please wait for their response before reaching out to us. E-mail us at info@flightag.com with the reply of your local courier so that we can assist you further.

Flightag is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. For your own peace of mind, we recommend opting for the expedited and insured shipping methods which include a free replacement for stolen parcels.

We will consider an item lost in transit if the tracking information has no updates for 20 days. Please contact us at info@flightag.com so we can process a replacement.
