Shipping Policy

    At Flightag we want to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and can offer you the highest level of responsiveness.



    The time period for deliveries consists of two periods:

    1) Processing time (1-3 business days): Order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, packaging

    2) Delivery time (depending on the country approx. 8-14 working days): The duration from our international shipping center to the delivery location . Once the item has been picked up from the warehouse, it will take 8-14 working days* to be delivered to the destination in: - USA / CAD / AUS / UK / NZ

    *All shipping times exclude delays due to customs and duties.

    There may be delays during peak seasons such as New-Year / New-Me Promotions, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.

    Import Taxes - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which may incur once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flightag is NOT responsible for these charges. The limits for duty-free packages are applied by the laws of your country and your local customs authorities. Flightag does not and cannot take responsibility for any dealings with your country’s tax customer service and have no control over the fees they apply to your order.

    These charges are NOT extra shipping costs. All orders inside EU will be charged with VAT. 

    Order Tracking - Shipping status can be verified at any time by using the tracking number provided via e-mail. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to be available.  

    I didn't receive my order

    Delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office on international orders so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. The ship times given are estimates and not guaranteed.
