How do I wear the Travel Sleep Pillow?

 

1. Unpack your Travel Sleep Pillow and let the memory foam gradually regain its original shape.

 

2. Remove the Velcro protector cover from one side, position the pillow comfortably around your neck until you feel your head and chin are fully supported. Adjust as needed for a full 360° neck support.

 

3. If you're having trouble finding a comfortable position, try flipping the pillow upside down and trying again. Some users find that this provides better support, as the shape can better align with their neck and shoulders when used this way.

 

4. Our Travel Sleep Pillow is designed to help you fall asleep and stay comfortably asleep throughout your journey, so you arrive at your destination feeling refreshed and well-rested. It's as simple as that!

How do I wash the Travel Sleep Pillow? 

 

Gently open the zipper and remove the cotton cover and then handwash with cool water. The Travel Sleep Pillow is not suitable for machine-washing.

Is the Travel Sleep Pillow Pillow suitable for children? 

 

The original Travel Sleep Pillow comes in one size, it is designed to fit all shapes. We recommend the Travel Sleep Pillow for ages 14 years and older due to the size, this is based on 14 year old average height of 5'3".

Order Questions

Why am I not receiving email updates?

 

If you're not receiving confirmation emails or updates, it may be due to a missing or invalid email at checkout. Also, check your junk mail folder, as our emails may end up there.

I incorrectly placed an order, can I still cancel it?

 

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, we can't modify it and may not be able to stop shipment. If we catch it in time, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund. If not, you can still return it through our Returns Process.

There are two charges showing in my bank account. Was I double-charged?

 

If you see two charges, one may be an authorization charge, not an actual charge. It's a temporary hold to confirm sufficient funds. You can verify this with your bank.

I did not receive my invoice, how can I request it?

 

If you would like to request an invoice, you can send us an email and we will be happy to provide it to you. 

I entered an incorrect shipping address, how can I change it?

 

If the shipping address needs to be updated and the order is not yet fulfilled, we will be happy to update it on our end. Kindly send us an email at info@flightag.com. However, once the order is fulfilled, we will no longer be able to make the changes. In this case, you need to monitor the package then and once it is endorsed to your local courier, you can contact them and request the update.

I forgot to apply the discount code, can I cancel the order and place a new one with the code?

 

If you forgot to apply a discount code, contact us to update it manually. Just provide the code so we can verify eligibility.

Delivery Questions

What should I do if I receive a notification saying my package is “Delivered” but I did not receive it?

 

You can check your mailbox, porch, garage, or any place in your house where the carrier might have placed it safely. You can also check it with others in your house who might have accepted the package.

 

There are some instances that the courier is updating the status to “Delivered” but could still take 24-28 hours before they can deliver it to you. This is because of the large amount of packages being handled by your local courier.

 

If 48 hours have passed and you still do not have it, you can contact us or directly get in touch with your local courier.

Why is my tracking number not working?

 

Tracking numbers may take a few days to activate as they're processed by our shipping partners. If you see an error message, please allow some time for activation.

Why is my tracking status not updating?

 

Due to the number of packages being handled by our couriers, some of the package statuses are not being updated in real-time. Sometimes, the packages are being delayed because of unforeseen incidents. If you think that the package has been stuck for a period of time, you can contact us and we will be happy to verify the status with our Logistics Team.

Where are your products shipped from?

 

We are a small family owned business based in the USA since 2012, we partner with several distribution centers globally for more efficient handling of our shipments. In some instances, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Please rest assured we track every item in every order.

What is the delivery time?

 

Due to high demand, it takes our fulfillment team up 1 to 3 days to process orders and prepare them for shipment.


Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated.

 

The standard delivery times once the order has been shipped are as follows:

* United States: 3-9 days
* United Kingdom: 4-9 Days
* Canada: 7-14 days
* Australia: 6-14 days
