    Refund and Return Policy

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Flightag, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from us.

     

    Our Return Process:

    • You have 30 days after receipt to return the product to us
    • Send us an email to info@flightag.com and let us know that you wish to return the order or parts of it to us
    • Our customer service will confirm whether or not you can proceed with the return. They will provide you a return address if necessary
    • In some cases we may require that you send us an email with a photo of the damaged product. It is best to take the photos from a flat surface where the label and defect can be clearly seen
    • If we can accept the return (within the accepted timeframe), follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging
    • Send the package to the return address you have received from our customer service team
    • Email your return Tracking code to our customer service
    • All international returns or exchanges (outside of Canada and US) must be returned to our US returns facility
    • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels or packing material to send product(s) back to us. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back to us using a trackable method via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Canada Post

    Please allow up to 48 hours from the date we receive you return for processing before your refund, store credit, or exchange is issued. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.
