American Airlines Retires Part Of Its Fleet

American Airlines retires part of its fleet. The airline is retiring five aircraft types. The include the Embraer E190, Boeing 767 fleets, Boeing 757s, Airbus A330-300s and 19 Bombardier CRJ200 aircraft. This move will improve cost savings by operating fewer aircraft types.

American can better focus on using newer and more advanced aircraft such as the Airbus A321neo, Boeing 737 MAX and 787 family.
